Rules and regulations for riding umob

Each operator within umob has its own rules and regulations. Always: - Follow local traffic laws. - Park only within designated zones shown in the app. - Meet operator and license requirements (if applicable).

How umob works

umob lets you access different mobility operators in one app. 1. Download the umob app and create an account. 2. Choose the vehicle type you want to ride. 3. Unlock and start your ride via the app. 4. End your ride within the allowed parking zones shown in the app.

Supported vehicles and operators

umob is a MaaS platform: you can access multiple mobility operators in one app. Depending on your city, you may see: - Shared bikes and e-bikes - E-scooters / mopeds - Cargo bikes - Taxi - Public transport tickets Each operator sets its own rules (age, licence, helmet, parking). The app always shows the operator name and price before you start.

Service areas and availability

Availability depends on your location and operator coverage. - Open the map in the umob app. - Switch vehicle types (bike, scooter, etc.) to see what’s nearby. - Green areas/zones show where starting and parking is allowed. - If you don’t see vehicles, zoom out or refresh the map. If you think something is wrong, contact support with your city and a screenshot of the map.
