Payments – Ride costs and rates

Ride costs vary depending on the operator and the vehicle type you choose. The umob app always shows you the price per minute.

Adding or updating a payment method

You can add or update your payment method in the umob app under Payment Settings. We support major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Was I charged incorrectly for my ride?

First, check your ride history in the app. If the charge still looks incorrect, contact our support team with the ride ID and payment details. We will investigate with the operator and help arrange a refund if applicable.

Refund policy

Refunds are managed according to the rules of the operator. If a ride could not be started, ended, or had technical issues, contact us via the in-app chat. We will forward your case to the operator and assist you in receiving a refund if eligible.
