Buying a public transport ticket

You can purchase public transport tickets directly through the umob app. - Your ticket is valid for 2 hours from the moment of activation. - Use it by scanning the QR code at the station or vehicle entrance within this 2-hour period.

Refund policy for public transport tickets

Public transport tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances (including if the ticket was not used, expired, or activated by mistake). Please review your ticket details carefully before confirming your purchase.
