Parking rules and possible fines
Parking rules depend on the operator and the city, but usually:
- Park only inside the allowed zones shown in the app.
- Do not block sidewalks, entrances, bike lanes, or tactile paving.
- Use the stand/lock correctly.
- Take a parking photo if the app asks for it.
If you receive a fine/penalty, check your ride history for the ride ID and contact support with the details.
