Your umob account is linked to your phone number and email address.

If the option is available in the app:

  1. Open My Account / Profile
  2. Update your email address or phone number
  3. Confirm with the verification code

If you cannot change it in the app, contact support via the in-app chat. For security reasons, never share full card details.
