Verification requirements depend on the vehicle type. - Verify your phone number and email. - Upload a valid driver’s license (e.g., for mopeds), if required. - Confirm your payment details.

Change your email or phone number

Your umob account is linked to your phone number and email address. If the option is available in the app: 1. Open My Account / Profile 2. Update your email address or phone number 3. Confirm with the verification code If you cannot change it in the app, contact support via the in-app chat. For security reasons, never share full card details.

I didn’t receive my verification code

If your verification code doesn’t arrive: - Check that your phone number/email address is correct. - For email: check spam/junk folders. - Wait a minute and request a new code. - Make sure you have mobile reception and can receive SMS. - Restart the app (and your phone) and try again. Still not working? Contact support and include your phone number (with country code) or email, plus a screenshot of the error.
